KXTbio uses state-of-the-art facilities through our relationship with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In particular, these resources include:
- A full suite of equipment for the production and purification of proteins using bacterial, yeast, and eucaryotic cell lines.
- Diverse instrumentations for the biophysical analyses of proteins. Associated techniques include: isothermal titration and differential scanning calorimetries, microscale thermophoresis and nanoscale differential scanning fluorimetry, analytical ultracentrifugation, dynamic and multi-angle light scattering, circular dichroism and fluorescent spectroscopies, and surface plasmon resonance.
